JOIN THE MAVERICK H.O.G.® CHAPTER
Thank you for your interest in the Maverick H.O.G.® Chapter.
All National H.O.G.® members are eligible to join a local H.O.G.® Chapter.
Maverick H.O.G.® Chapter members must be members of the National Harley Owners Group.
New members can click the link below to join the National Harley Owners Group and receive their National H.O.G.® member number and expiration date.
New members must receive their National H.O.G.® member number and expiration date before becoming Maverick H.O.G.® Chapter members.
If you bought a new motorcycle from Maverick Harley-Davidson, you will receive a one-year free membership to National H.O.G.® (used motorcycles are excluded).
After you receive your National H.O.G.® membership number and expiration date, then you can join the Maverick H.O.G.® Chapter.

2) MAVERICK H.O.G.® CHAPTER MEMBERSHIP INFORMATION AND REQUIREMENTS
RENEWING MEMBER (Current or Former Members)
Membership in Maverick H.O.G.® must be renewed each calendar year.
Renewing Member annual dues for the local Maverick H.O.G.® Chapter are $25.00.
Renewing Member annual membership is valid from January 1 through December 31 of each calendar year.
Renewing Member annual dues will expire on December 31.
NEW MEMBER (Person Joining Maverick Chapter For The First Time)
Membership in Maverick H.O.G.® must be renewed each calendar year.
New Member annual dues for the local Maverick H.O.G.® Chapter are $25.00.
New Member annual membership is valid from January 1 through December 31 of each calendar year.
New Member annual dues paid between January 1 to September 30 will expire on December 31.
New Member who joins in the last quarter of the year (October – December) are paid in full through December 31 of the following year.
When joining the local Maverick H.O.G.® Chapter or renewing your annual membership, you must submit a "Chapter Membership Enrollment Form and Release" fully completed and signed. H.O.G.® requires the release form to be signed every calendar year to maintain H.O.G.® chapter membership. Please make sure you write your National H.O.G.® membership number and expiration date clearly and legibly.

a. Register at the Checkout Counter inside the Maverick Harley-Davidson dealership.
The "Chapter Membership Enrollment Form and Release" is available at the Maverick Harley-Davidson Checkout Counter. Fill out the required information on the form, then pay your dues at the dealership (be sure to get a copy of your receipt). Please make sure that you write your National H.O.G.® number and expiration date clearly and legibly.
b. Register by Mail (download and complete the "Chapter Membership Enrollment Form and Release" below on this website). Fill out the required information on the form, then print and mail it with your dues to the address listed below. Please make sure that you write your National H.O.G.® number and expiration date clearly and legibly.
